Architects Custom Home Postcard

As part of their identity system, we where pleased to be working with a San Francisco area home contractor who designed and constructed custom, luxury homes. This direct mail piece, post card was developed as part of a series to help get the word out about not only the custom home that was for sale, but the services of the contractor. Using black as our dominant color, our goal was to create an image of luxury, after all, these where no ordinary homes and definitely they didn’t carry an ordinary price tag.

A combination of the architectural drawing and colors, black, brick red, and gold accent, helped create a winning piece. The back side was designed to show the architectural elements of the custom home as well as explain the homes features and contractors services.
